Team saber is recruiting

The whole game, different

We hand you the map — every pin is a confirmed solar home. No dead streets. No guessing. You don't find the targets. We do.

You just run the route.

  • You fly in. You have a route to run. Existing Solar homeowners who are 90% orphaned NEED a system review, and it’s your job to schedule it for them.

  • What you make

    • $400 per closed deal from appointments you set

    • Closers convert 20–30% of your qualified appointments

    • Typical weeks in market: $2,000–$6,000+

    • Paid weekly — two Fridays after each deal installs

No hourly. No draw. No floor. Straight commission — because this is for operators who back themselves.

    What we cover

Flight or drive-in, rental car, lodging — handled. You bring the skill. We move you, we cover you, you run the route.

    • Rental vehicle provided for every blitz

    • Shared lodging provided

    • First blitz covered — then keep coverage by producing

    • After your first successful blitz, we fly you from anywhere in the U.S.

  • (because there's always one)

This is a traveling role. Blitzes run 7–10 days. You're fully available 9am–7pm local while you're on one. It's 1099 — no base, no draw, all upside. Order-takers don't last here. Closers thrive.

    • Blitzes: 7–10 days. You sign up for the trips you want.

    • You deploy 2–3 days ahead of the closers — stacking their calendar before they land

    • In market: roughly 10 AM–7 PM local, full availability

    • Between blitzes: nothing owed. No leash.

    • Paired with one or two closers per trip. Deliver, and closers start requesting you by name.

Who runs with Saber

You already know how to knock strangers doors. Solar canvassers, roofing storm-chasers, pest and security field setters, window and siding crews, political canvassers — if you can read a porch and open a door, your skill transfers. We teach you the pitch, the pin-drop system, and the flow.

A couple things to have ready

  • Valid driver's license with a record the rental agencies will accept

  • A personal credit card in your name for the rental deposit (we cover the rental cost — the card just has to be on file at pickup; most agencies won't take debit)

  • A smartphone for the route app and scheduling
