You travel with us and work pre-identified addresses where every homeowner already has solar. You qualify and book appointments for our closers. $1,200–$1,600/week in market.

Same kind of conversation, from your kitchen table. Steady reps, continuous income. $600–$900/week.

Shadow our closers, then run your own appointments. This is where the income climbs. $3,000–$5,000+/week on blitzes.

You travel with us for 7–10 day blitzes. We buy your flight or drive-in, lodging, and rental car. Your first blitz is fully covered just for showing up and doing the work — after that, you keep coverage by maintaining production.

On a blitz: Full availability, roughly 10am–7pm local. All in.
Between blitzes (home): You set your own hours. The WFH roles are optional — pick the blitzes you want, work from home in between if you choose.
Blitz schedule: Published in advance. You sign up for the trips that work for you.
Current blitz markets: Are Jacksonville, FL, and Dallas, TX - but blitzes can run anywhere in the US.

What we need is real sales experience or a background that translates:
In-person canvassing or door-to-door (solar, roofing, pest, security, windows, siding)
Call center, phone sales, or inside sales
High-ticket retail or in-home sales (HVAC, water, bath, etc.)
Military, athletics, or service backgrounds where work ethic and coachability were the standard

Valid driver's license with a record the rental agencies will accept
A personal credit card in your name for the rental deposit (we cover the rental cost — the card just has to be on file at pickup; most agencies won't take debit)
A quiet, professional space at home for the virtual portion of the track

Your first blitz
The fastest way to picture this role is to picture your first blitz. You travel to the current market, get trained on the product and the conversation, and spend the week working pre-identified solar homes — every door already qualified. You're learning the front of the sales process by doing it, with the rest of the team around you. By the end of the week, you've got real reps, real appointments on the board, and a paycheck tied to the deals those appointments produce.
What you make
Every role pays on closed deals, not activity. Setters earn when an appointment they set turns into a closed sale by a closer. Closers earn when they close. The ranges shown aren't a salary or a floor — they're what current people on the team are actually making at typical conversion rates.
It's 100% commission, 1099, no salary, no draw, no guarantee. For the right person, that's the appeal — what you put in is what you take out, and the ceiling is uncapped.
