You are the front of the machine

Nothing happens until you make it happen. No appointment, no sale — it starts with you, every single time. You're on the phone, from home, finding solar homeowners who've been quietly squeezed by their utility company, and booking the appointment that gets them help.

You're not selling anything on that call. You're just opening the door.

    • 100% remote — work from wherever you are

    • Calling existing solar homeowners (not random cold lists)

    • One objective: book the appointment, then hand it off

    • There's a script and real coaching — we teach you the whole playbook

    • The skill is sounding calm, ordinary, easy. We show you how.

    • Calling window: 9 AM – 8 PM Eastern

    • Inside that window, when you work is up to you

    • First 4 weeks: hit 6 hours in a day and that day counts toward your safety net

    • After that: pure contract. No minimum. You're the engine.

    • Training: 1–2 days, virtual, ~8 hours (unpaid). The moment you graduate, you can start earning.

    • First 4 weeks: a $150/day floor for any day you dial your 6 hours. That's not the prize — it's training wheels while you find your rhythm.

    • The real upside is commission: you earn every time an appointment you set turns into a closed sale.

    • Any week your commission beats the guarantee, you take the bigger number — never both, never the lesser.

Who makes it as a Cipher

If you can hold a relaxed, natural conversation with a stranger and stay calm through a "no," you can run this. Call center, telemarketing, customer service, any phone-based role — the skill transfers. We teach you the rest.

A couple things you'll need

  • A reliable phone and a quiet place to work

  • A computer or laptop is very helpful but not required

  • Headsets are helpful but not required

  • Comfort being on the phone for stretches at a time
